INGREDIENTS
Fresh peaches (63%), sulphur-free cane sugar, cloves, lime juice. Net 350g per unit.
STORAGE AND CARE
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Best before 18 months from manufacture. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months. Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent early spoilage.

Why does the jam have visible fruit pieces instead of being smooth?
Because it's made in small batches with whole strawberries rather than puree or concentrate. The chunks are a sign of that. A mass-produced jam is smoothed out for consistency, ours isn't.
Why does the colour or texture vary slightly between jars?
Because it's homemade with real fruit, not a factory formula. Each batch depends on that season's strawberries, so small variations in colour, sweetness, or thickness are normal — it's a sign nothing artificial is standardizing it.
What does peach jam pair well with?
Peach jam is delicious on buttered toast, pancakes and scones, or paired with soft cheese, yoghurt and vanilla desserts.
