INGREDIENTS
Fresh apricots (59%), sulphur-free cane sugar, lime juice. Net 350g per unit.
STORAGE AND CARE
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Best before 18 months from manufacture. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months. Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent early spoilage.

Is this jam tart (sour), or sweet?
Tart (Sour)-forward — that's apricot's nature, and we don't fight it with extra sugar. Just enough to balance it so you get real apricot sourness alongside the sweetness.
Does it have pieces of apricot, or is it smooth?
It has real pieces — cooked down just enough to set, not blended into a paste.
Why does the colour vary between batches (pale to deep orange)?
Two reasons: apricots shift shade a little with each harvest, and since we skip artificial colour and preservatives, the jam itself will naturally deepen a bit over time in the jar. Both are normal, not a flaw.
