While the Apricot Jam and Three Citrus Marmalades are awesome (hence repeat orders) its the Cherry Preserve that deserves special mention.. one bite and youre transported to winterland. For me this ones a notch above the ones from amsterdam and the black forest.

Great - perhaps the best of the lot!

We love it! It is sweet, acidic and only ever so slightly bitter. Perhaps you could tone down on the sweetness but that is really minor nitpicking on my part. We love it even more than the strawberry preserves, which has been a favourite for us for some time now.
