This pickle is so fresh and crunchy to eat..i just love it..one quick suggestion-The pickle was nice overall, but it would have been perfect if all the pieces were young, tender, and soft. A few were a bit fibrous, I suppose because they came from the more mature ones.

There were hardly any pieces of lingdi in the pickle. It mostly contained pieces of stem. Also the quantum of masala in the pickle was limited, relative to the quantum of vegetable.
