INGREDIENTS
Farm fresh apples (64%), sulphur-free cane sugar, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, mixed spices (salt, cinnamon, clove, and star anise). Net 350g per unit.
STORAGE AND CARE
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Best before 18 months from manufacture. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months. Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent early spoilage.

What is apple sauce?
A soft, spoonable sauce made from fresh slow-cooked apples.
What's the difference between apple sauce and apple jam?
Both start with the same Kullu apples. The difference is texture, and that decides how you use each one.
Apple jam is set and spreadable. It holds its shape on toast and scones, layers into cakes and tarts, fills thumbprint cookies and danishes, glazes a fruit flan, and sits well on a cheese board.
Apple sauce is a smooth purée that pours and stirs in. Use it as a side with roast pork, chicken or sausages, stirred into porridge, yoghurt or oats, spooned over pancakes and waffles, folded into muffins, banana bread and cakes for moisture, blended into smoothies, or served warm over vanilla ice cream.
If you want to spread it, reach for the jam. If you want to stir, pour or serve it alongside, reach for the sauce.
