Unususal Pickles

While I found the Apple and Tomato pickles a little too spicy for myself, they have amazing ingredient quality, juicy pulpy fruit and the taste just explodes in your mouth. They are absolutely delicious and a super accompaniment to rice and dal or a roti sabji combo. My favorite though was the raw plum with its spicy and sour and simply delicious taste and complexity of flavour and quality of ingredients that just hit the spot.

The taste of the pickles took me by surprise and they were so delicious. The fruit pickles were not sweet but had an amazing taste and the tomato pickle was out of this world. Super duper yummy and a must try.

Didn’t care for the tomato and apple pickle… raw plum is interesting
