The Big Bear Apple sauce is a one of a kind product. I couldn’t locate any Indian equivalent. Kudos to Big Bear farms for introducing this to the Indian market. My experience with Apple sauce is more as European apple compote. The compote has a different consistency and is less sweet. I prefer the less sweet variety, however, I suspect it is made of another variety of Apples. For a first effort, I give 4 stars. 5 stars will be provided when the “Without Sugar” variant is released
